A Tradition of Quality Apartment Development
In 1931, Victor Frankfurt founded Frankfurt Properties and became extremely active in Dallas real estate. He traded land, developed retail centers, condominiums, multifamily, and commercial properties. His son, David, joined him in 1953 and transitioned the focus of the company to predominantly multifamily developments. For over 30 years, David developed thousands of apartments homes.
After graduating from The University of Texas in Austin in 1982, David's son, Eric Frankfurt, joined Frankfurt Properties. Together, they continued to develop multifamily properties in the DFW area. At the time, Frankfurt Properties were one of the largest apartment developers in DFW, developing thousands of units throughout the metroplex. Building on this legacy, Frankfurt Properties continues to be active in the development industry.
